big news!!!

Although this might be old news to some by now, I feel the need to officially document on the blog that        

WE'RE HAVING A BABY!!!

Matt and I are so so so excited for the arrival of our little one in June.  What a blessing from God!

Baby seems to be doing great so far, and pregnancy hasn't been too bad. :)  I was only nauseous for about a month and now I feel pretty normal (17 weeks in!).

This is how we told my family at Thanksgiving ... (did you see the idea for "thankfulness rolls" on Pinterest?)

And this is how we told Matt's parents a couple weeks before Christmas.

Apparently I like to use yummy carbohydrates when sharing about life-changing events.  :)

13 weeks (nada enchilada)

15 weeks in Vail for New Year's!

                (not really a belly photo, but we didn't coax Jake to sit and look at the camera, so I love how this turned out)  ;)

17 weeks (visiting my new nephew in Dallas!)

Hopefully I'll be back to the blog now that I have something so exciting to blog about!!   We should find out in about 1.5 weeks if it's a boy or a girl!!
